War Pension files, volume 3, #973M28g, pg. 3934, Massanello Womack's pension appl., no wife or children cited in application but he states different places where he has lived and years that he lived in each place. He lived in Prince Edward county, Virginia from 1783 to 1817 when he moved to Shelby county, Ky. IGI names submissions Family History Library showed all children born in Prince Edward county. This is not correct with the Rev. war pension application showing that all children but this one were actually born in time that he lived in Charlotte county. Grantor index, Cumberland county, Virginia deeds, film 030743, shows Massanello Womack selling to Wm. Hendrick 22 July 1782, Bk. 6, pg. 117 and Massanello and others selling to Obadiah Hendrick bk. 7, pg. 166, 26 March 1792.
