Philip was the 6th child of Henry Ermentraudt and wife Mary Magdaline Baeur. In 1850 this Ohio farm had an assessed value of $2,000. (Knox Co., Ohio 1850 US Census). MaryM died in 1842 and Philip in 1859. Both were buried in an old Armentrout Cemnear North Liberty, Ohio.
